Marie Wetmore, Life and Career Coach, Teaches You Meditation for Stress Management

Stress has serious effects on our physical wellness, our emotional well-being, and the day-to-day quality of our lives. As much as 80% of visits to doctors are due to stress-related issues. Stress seriously affect our personal relationships and also makes our experience of ourselves unpleasant. When we are under stress, it’s difficult for us to practice good self-care.

Through stress management and relaxation, you improve your life in large and small ways. If you’d like to counteract many negative consequences of stress, relaxation works wonders.

Furthermore, the power of meditation is beginning to be recognized in the scientific community. According to the Mayo clinic, meditation helps you get a new perspective, the more self-aware, manage stress, focus on the present, handle unpleasant emotions, and even helps with certain health and emotional issues.

I hope this introduction is helpful and enjoy the podcast!
